摘要
为了筛选出适用于拉压交变载荷工况下的注采管柱气密封螺纹接头,基于弹塑性接触非线性理论,采用有限元分析方法,考察了轴向拉压交变载荷作用下,储气库注采管柱接头密封面接触压力的分布特点。以2种密封形式(球面/柱面、锥面/锥面)的套管接头密封结构为例,重点研究了不同循环周次交变载荷作用下,主密封面和台肩面上的接触压力随接触长度的变化规律。分析结果表明:随着从拉伸到压缩状态的不断转变,2种密封结构主密封面最大接触压力和有效接触长度均发生不同程度增加,而锥面/锥面密封结构具有较小的相对增加量。锥面/锥面密封形式的有效接触长度相对较长,台肩面辅助密封效果较好,但应合理控制其台肩顶端的应力集中问题。建议储气库注采管柱采用锥面/锥面密封结构的螺纹接头。所得结论可为储气库管柱螺纹的优化选择和设计提供参考。
To select proper gas-seal connection of injection-production casing string under tension-compression alternating loads, based on the nonlinear theory of elastoplastic contact, the finite element analysis method is used to investigate the distribution of the contact stress of the connection seal surface of casing string for gas storage under axial tensile-compressive alternating loads. Taking the casing joint seal structure of two kinds of seals ( sphere/cyl- inder, cone/cone) for case study, the effects of contact length on the contact stress of the primary seal surface and the shoulder surface under different cycle loadings are studied. The analysis results show that, with the change from the tensile load to compression load, the maximum contact stress and effective contact length of the primary seal surface of the two seal structures increase with different degrees, while the result of cone/cone seal structure has a relatively small increase. The cone/cone seal structure has a relatively long effective contact length and better shoulder sealing effect. But the stress concentration at the top of the shoulder cone/cone seal structure should be properly controlled. The cone/cone seal structure is recommended for the gas storage injection-production casing connection. The study can provide references for the selection and design of the connection of string for gas storage.
