大型冷凝器凝结水温度场的数值模拟研究

摘要 大型汽轮机冷凝器工作过程多相流模拟十分复杂重要,实际模拟过程需要做很多简化计算。本文综合考虑了凝结水的形成及流动过程,在假设冷却水温度沿管长呈线性关系的分布特性以及这种分布特性对蒸汽凝结量的影响的基础上,进一步分析并得到了总体换热系数沿管长呈线性分布的特性,从而对冷凝器凝结水的形成过程进行二维简化数值建模,得到了凝结水换热损失沿冷却水管方向分布特性的数值模型,模拟了凝结水温度场,定性地得到了凝结水的温度分布特性。这为实际的同类型冷凝器温度测点布置提供了指导和借鉴。 Multi-phase flow simulation of large steam turbine condenser is very complex and important. The actual simulation process requires a lot of simplified calculation. In this paper, the formation and flow process of condensing water is considered comprehensively. Based on the assumption that the cooling water temperature is linearly distributed along the length of the tube and the influence of the distribution characteristics on the amount of steam condensation, the distribution characteristics of global heat transfer coefficient along the length of the tube is further analyzed. Thus, a two-dimensional simplified numerical model is established for the condensation process of water in condenser. The distribution characteristics model of condensate water heat loss along the cooling water pipe is obtained. To simulated the temperature field of condensate, the distribution characteristics of its temperature are obtained qualitatively. This provides reference for the arrangement of the temperature sensor of the same type condenser.
