摘要
本文从高校图书馆专利服务开展模式的角度出发,基于德温特创新平台数据库,探讨了面向科研团队的精细化嵌入式专利服务模式。针对科研过程的立项、研发、成果等不同阶段对专利服务的不同需求与特点,提出了"研究对象挖掘—服务需求分析—决策建议推送"逐层递进展开的图书馆"三层级"专利服务模式,并以华侨大学科研团队嵌入式专利服务案例对该模式进行了实证分析。实践表明,所构建的专利服务模式有效支撑了该科研团队专利技术规划布局和成果管理工作,取得了较好的效果。
Based on the DI (DERWENT INNOVATION ) database, this paper explores the refined embedded patent service model for the scientific research teams from the perspective of university libraries. Aiming at the different needs and characteristics of patent service in different stages such as "project establishment", "research and development", and "achievement" during the scientific re- search process, a three-hierarchy model of "research object mining-analysis of service demand-push of decision and recommendation" was built and also empirically analyzed with an embedded patent service case of a scientific research team at Huaqiao University. The practices shows that this model effectively supports the work like patent layout and technology management of this research team and achieves good results.
