摘要
目的探讨小儿捏脊疗法治疗小儿功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法选择小儿功能性便秘患儿40例,治疗组20例采用小儿捏脊手法治疗;对照组20例采用枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒(妈咪爱)药物治疗。观察Bristol粪便性状分级标准表进行积分评定。结果 2组患者治疗前症状无差异。治疗后2组均有明显疗效,但是总治愈率方面治疗组明显优于对照组。结论小儿捏脊疗法较妈咪爱药物疗法对于改善小儿功能性便秘疗效更优。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of chiropractic therapy on functional constipation in children. Methods 40 children with functional constipation were selected and 20 children in the treatment group were treated with chiropractic manipulation. In the control group, 20 patients were treated with Bacillus subtilis bivalent living bacteria granules （mommy＇s love） medicine. The score of Bristol fecal character grading standard table was evaluated. Results There was no difference between the two groups before treatment. Both groups showed obvious curative effect after treatment, but the total curative rate of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Chiropractic treatment for children is more effective than drug therapy for mothers in improving children＇s functional constipation.
