CD73和FOXC2在上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达及临床意义 被引量:1

Expression and clinical significance of CD73 and FOXC2 in patients with epithelial ovarian tumor tissue

摘要 目的检测正常卵巢、良性和上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中分化抗原簇CD73(CD73)和叉头框-C2(FOXC2)的表达,并分析其与临床病理的关系。方法选择153例卵巢组织样本为对象,采用免疫组织化学法检测CD73和FOXC2的表达及其相关性,并分析其与年龄、临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移等的关系。结果 CD73和FOXC2在良性卵巢组织中呈中强度表达,在上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中高表达,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中CD73和FOXC2表达与年龄和组织学分型无关(P> 0. 05),与临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移密切相关(P <0. 05)。在上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中CD73和FOXC2表达呈正相关(r=0. 714,P <0. 05)。结论 CD73和FOXC2在上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中高表达,与临床病理参数密切关系,可作为上皮性卵巢肿瘤诊断和预后的标志物。 Objective To detect the expressions of Ecto-5'-nucleotidase( CD73) and Forkhead BoxC2( FOXC2) in normal ovarian tissue,benign ovarian tumor tissue and epithelial ovarian tumor tissue,and to analyze the relationship to clinical pathology characteristics. Methods One hundred and fifty-three surgical removal ovarian tissues were selected as the research objects,the expressions of CD73 and FOXC2 were detected by immune histochemical method,and their correlations with the age,clinical stage,histological grade,lymph node metastasis were analyzed. Results There was mid-intensity expression in benign ovarian tissue,and high expression in the epithelial ovarian tumor tissue,with the differences statistically significant( P 0. 05). The expressions of CD73 and FOXC2 in epithelial ovarian tumor tissues were not correlated to age and organization type( P 0. 05),and were closely related to the clinical stage,histological grade,lymph node metastasis( P 0. 05). The expressions of CD73 and FOXC2 in epithelial ovarian tumor tissues were positive correlated( r = 0. 714,P 0. 05). Conclu sion The expressions of CD73 and FOXC2 in epithelial ovarian tumor tissues increased,and are closely related to the clinical pathological parameters.CD73 and FOXC2 can be used as markers of epithelial ovarian tumor for diagnosis and prognosis.
