摘要
设计实现了一种3D打印机远程控制系统,基于WiFi无线传输技术,移植RT-Thread实时操作系统,提高了系统控制的实时性。系统以STM32F405微控制器为控制核心,对3D打印机的电机驱动、G指令解析以及加热系统进行协调控制。通过USR-C215 WiFi通信模块建立网关,实现Android移动终端与3D打印机通信。经远程操作测试,移动终端发送的控制命令与接收的3D打印机数据均能满足实时数据的无线传输要求。设计具有实时性高、人机界面友好、成本低、功耗低等优点。
A remote control system of 3D printer based on WiFi wireless transmission technique is designed and implemented,which transplants RT-Thread real-time operating system to improve real-time performance of system control.The system uses STM32 F405 microcontroller as control core to coordinately control the motor drive of 3D printer,G command analysis and the heating system. Next,build gateway by USR-C215 WiFi communication module,achieve communication between Android mobile terminal and 3 D printer.After remote operational testing,the control commands sent by the mobile terminal and the received data of 3 D printer can meet the wireless transmission requirements of real-time data.The design has the advantages of high real-time performance,friendly human-computer interface,low cost,and low power consumption.
