摘要
目的:评价半导体激光联合传统机械洁治和药物治疗对种植体周围黏膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选择武汉市中西医结合医院2013年2月~2016年08月期间收治的种植体周围黏膜炎患者36例作为研究对象,按照单盲随机分组对照原则分3组,A组为机械洁治组; B组采用机械洁治+葡萄糖酸氯已定治疗; C组采用机械洁治和葡萄糖酸氯已定及半导体激光照射。在基线,8周和3个月时进行临床牙周指标(菌斑指数,牙龈指数,探诊出血指数和探诊深度)的测定并进行比较。结果:各项检查指标在基线上的差异无统计学意义; C组的m PLI,BOP指数在治疗后8周和3个月后均优于A组和B组; B组和C组的GI,PD指数在治疗后8周和3个月后均优于A组; C组治疗效果最优。结论:半导体激光辅助应用于种植体周围黏膜炎治可有效减少牙龈出血和控制炎症,在种植体黏膜炎预防及治疗中有一定的应用价值。
Objective :To evaluate the clinical efficacy of semiconductor laser combined with traditional mechanical debridement and drug treatment for peri-implant mucositis. Methods:Thirty-six patients with peri-implant mucositis admitted to the First Hospital of Wuhan from February 2013 to August 2016 were selected as subjects. They were divided into three groups, group A with the mechanical debridement, group B treated with mechanical debridement and chlorhexidine diglu- conate, and group C treated with mechanical debridement, chlorhexidine digluconate and semiconductor laser irradiation. Clin- ical periodontal parameters including plaque index, gingival index, probing bleeding index and depth of probing were meas- ured and compared at baseline,8 weeks and 3 months follow-up. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the baseline between the indicators. The mPLI and BOP indices of group C were superior to group A and group B after 8 weeks and 3 months respectively. The GI and PD indices of group B and group C were superior to group A after 8 weeks and 3 months respectively. Group C had the best therapeutic effect. Conclusion:The application of semiconductor laser assisted peri-implant mucositis can effectively reduce gingival bleeding and control inflammation, and has certain application value in the prevention and treatment of peri- implant mucositis.
