摘要
目的观察氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果。方法随机选择我院2015年10月至2018年4月收治的140例高血压合并冠心病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=70)和对照组(n=70)。对照组患者给予苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,观察组患者给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.71%,显著高于对照组的85.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血压、血脂、cTnT、Apelin及Hcy水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的SBP、DBP、TG、TC、LDL-C、cTnT、Apelin水平均显著降低,HDL-C、Hcy水平均显著升高,且观察组显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的降压、降脂效果好,而且能够显著改善患者心功能,扩张冠脉,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertensioncomplicated with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 140 patients with hypertension and coronary heart diseasetreated in our hospital from October 2015 to April 2018 were randomly selected and divided into observation group （n=70）and control group （n=70） according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with besylateamlodipine, and the observation group was treated with amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets. The therapeutic effects ofthe two groups of patients was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.71%,which was significantly higher than 85.71% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, there were no significantdifferences in the levels of blood pressure, blood lipids, cTnT, Apelin and Hcy between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Aftertreatment, the levels of SBP, DBP, TG, TC, LDL-C, cTnT, Apelin in the two groups decreased, and the levels of HDL-C,Hcy increased, those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group, the differences werestatistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets has good effect on antihypertensive andlipid lowering in patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease, which can significantly improve thecardiac function and expand the coronary artery. It is worth popularizing.
