摘要
为了明晰宇航企业组织结构对其创新绩效的影响路径,本文引入了动态能力和创新氛围两个中介变量。通过对我国宇航企业调查数据的实证研究,得到以下结论:宇航企业组织集权和组织规范维度都对其创新绩效产生了消极作用,此外,创新氛围、动态能力分别在组织集权与创新绩效,以及组织规范和创新绩效之间存在部分中介效应。
In order to better understand the impact of the organizational structure of aerospace enterprises on their innovation performance, this paper introduces dynamic capabilities and innovation climate as mediating variables anti builds a research model, which includes variables of organizational structure, dynamic capabilities, innovation climate and organizational innovation performance. Through empirical research, this paper gets the following conclusions： organization centralization and organization criterion have negative effects on organizational structure, dynamic capabilities and innovation climate have mediating effects on the relationship between organizational structure and organizational innovation performance.
