摘要
目的观察瓷贴面在上前牙切角缺损修复中的效果。方法选择2014年1月～2017年9月我院接收诊治的88例上前牙切角缺损患者,按照随机数字表法将其分成两组,每组44例。对照组患者采用纳米树脂进行修复,观察组则采用瓷贴面进行修复。比较两组患者修复后6个月、12个月的修复成功率及修复3个月后对修复效果的评价。结果修复后12个月,观察组患者患牙修复成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复完成12个月后随访,观察组患者在颜色匹配度、修复体完整度方面的评价明显优于对照组,上述差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瓷贴面修复能够更好对上前牙切角缺损进行修复,修复成功率高,效果显著,且修复后患者患牙更美观,在口腔医学美容修复方面的应用价值高。
Objective To observe the repair effect of porcelain veneer in the repair of upper anterior tangential defect. Methods 88 patients with anterior and posterior anterior segmental defects were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2017. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table, 44 cases in each group. The control group was repaired with nano-resin, and the observation group was repaired with porcelain veneers. The repair success rate of the two groups of patients at 6 months and 12 months after repair and the evaluation of the repair effect after 3 months of repair were compared. Results After 12 months of repair, the success rate of dental restoration in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcan （P〈0.05）. After 12 months of repair, The evaluation of color matching degree and prosthesis integrity in the observation group was signifcantly better than that in the control group, and the above differences were statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Porcelain veneer repair can better repair the upper anterior tangential defect, the success rate of repair is high, the repair effect is remarkable, and it is more beautiful after repair, and has high application value in stomatological cosmetic repair.
