摘要
目的探讨对不同程度脊髓损伤患者实施针灸结合康复治疗对神经功能恢复的影响。方法时间段:2016年7月—2018年2月,研究对象:随机选取该院收治的不同程度脊髓损伤患者50例,按不同干预时间分为损伤早期组25例、晚期组25例,均进行针灸结合康复治疗,对比神经功能恢复情况、治疗时间、巴士指数、独立性评分、治疗效果。结果早期组神经功能恢复情况(86.24±2.64)分vs (66.58±5.84)分,(t=40.899,P<0.05)、巴士指数、独立性评分优于晚期组,治疗时间低于晚期组,治疗效果(96.00%vs 72.00%),(t=5.537,P<0.05)高于晚期组。结论及早的为不同程度脊髓损伤患者实施针灸结合康复,可以促进患者的神经功能恢复,缩短治疗时间。
Objective To study the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment intervention time on the nerve function recovery of patients of different degrees of spinal injury. Methods 50 cases of patients with different degrees of spinal injury admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to February 2018 were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 25 cases in each according to different intervention time, both groups used the acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment, and the nerve function recovery condition, treatment time, Bus index, independent score and treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results The nerve function recovery condition in the early group was （86.24±2.64）points vs（66.58±5.84）points,（t=40.899,P〈0.05）, and the bus index and independent score were better than those in the advanced group, and the treatment time was later than that in the advanced group, and the treatment effect （96.00% vs 72.00%）,（χ^2=5.537,P〈0.05） was higher than that in the advanced group. Conclusion The acupuncture combined with rehabilitation of patients with different degrees of spinal injury as soon as possible can promote the nerve function recovery, and shorten the treatment time.
