摘要
目的 分析巫溪县2017年人间布鲁菌病暴发疫情的流行病学资料,探讨此次疫情的感染来源和传播危险因素,为今后布病疫情防控积累经验。方法 采用病例搜索、现场流行病学调查和回顾性病例对照研究。结果 此次人间布鲁菌病疫情共报告12例,其中确诊病例9例,隐性感染3例,病例对照危险因素分析显示牲畜混放（OR=9. 8,95%CI=1. 849～51. 928）、人羔同室（OR=7. 0,95%CI=1. 336～36. 686）、徒手接生（OR=6. 0,95%CI=1. 319～27. 287）及从外地引进牲畜（OR=5. 320,95%CI=1. 172～24. 142）与布病发病感染存在关联。结论 牲畜混放、人羔同室、徒手接生及从外地引进牲畜是导致本次疫情的高危因素。
Objective To analyze the infection source and risk factors for the outbreak of human brucellosis in Wuxi county in 2017, and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of brucellosis in the future. Methods Case searching, epidemiological investigation at the site and retrospective case - control study were conducted. Results There were 12 brucellosis cases recessive infection cases. It was found that infection that including 9 laboratory -confirmed cases and 3 of brucellosis was associated with mixing with others livestock （ OR = 9. 8, 95% CI = 1. 849 - 51. 928 ） , people and lambs living in the same room （ OR = 7. 0, 95% CI = 1. 336 - 36. 686） , unarmed delivering lambs （ OR = 6. 0, 95% CI = 1. 319 - 27.287 ） , introduction of domestic animals （ OR = 5.32, 95% CI = 1. 172 - 24. 142）. brucellosis were mixing of livestocks, people and lambs living in introduction of livestock. Conclusion Risk factors the same room, unarmed for the incidence of delivering lambs and introduction of livestock.
