摘要
目的:观察电针治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及治疗前后血清中细胞因子TNF-α、IL-10的水平。方法:39例KOA患者均采取电针治疗,连续治疗12 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后结束。分别于治疗前、中(治疗第6天)、后对所有患者进行ES、PPI评分及测量关节活动度。根据ES、PPI及关节活动度分析电针治疗KOA的临床疗效,及电针对KOA患者血清中TNF-α、IL-10的水平的影响。结果:(1)治疗后、治疗中较治疗前比较,PPI、ES评分及关节活动度改善程度差异均有统计学意义(P 〈0. 05);(2)治疗后血清中IL-10水平升高,TNF-α水平降低,较治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P 〈0. 01)。结论:(1)电针在一定程度上能改善KOA患者临床症状;(2)电针改善KOA患者临床症状可能是通过上调抑炎细胞因子IL-10水平,降低致炎细胞因子TNF-α水平实现的。
Objective: This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture(EA)in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA) and assessed the concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and lnterleukin-10(IL-10) in serum before and after EA treatment. Methods: Thirty-nine patients with KOA were enrolled and administered with EA for consecutive twelve days. The primary outcomes included emotional scale(ES),present pain intensity(PPI)and joint mobility,were measured before treatment. On the sixth day of treatment and after treatment,serum levels of TNF-α and IL-10 were measured before and after EA administration. Results: After twelve-days' treatment,all primary outcomes(ES,PPI and joint mobility) improved significantly comparing with the baseline. The difference of primary outcomes between baseline and that on the sixth day reached statistical significance as well(P〈0.05). Compared with the baseline,serum levels of TNF-α and IL-10 differed significantly(P〈0.05). Conclusion: EA was effective in relieving symptoms associated with KOA,and this therapeutic effect might be attributed to upregulation of IL-10 and downregulation of TNF-α.
