摘要
目的 了解并掌握上海市杨浦区无偿献血人群的梅毒流行病学特点,完善血源招募人员选择,通过在低危人群中招募献血者,最大限度的保障血液质量和输血安全。方法 系统分析2011年1月-2016年12月上海市杨浦区102 627个无偿献血者的检测结果,了解并掌握献血人群梅毒感染的流行趋势及分布情况。结果 2011年-2014年上海市杨浦区无偿献血梅毒血液阳性率逐年增加,2014年-2016年处于一个相对高平台期。不同年龄的无偿献血者中,30岁-阳性率最高,为1. 321%; 18岁-和50岁-阳性率较低,分别为0. 349%和0. 449%;不同职业的无偿献血者中,农民、务工人员和自由职业者的阳性率较高,学生、军人和教师的阳性率较低。结论 针对梅毒感染人群分布特点分析,加强无偿献血相关方面知识的宣传,从低危人群中招募献血者,做好献血前的征询事宜,更加有效地保证临床输血安全。
Objective To understand and master the epidemiological features of unpaid blood donation population from Yangpu District,Shanghai,and to perfect blood recruitment selection,so as to maximize the protection of the blood quality and safety of blood transfusions by recruiting blood donors in a low risk population. Methods By systematically analyzing 102 627 test results of unpaid donors from Yangpu District,Shanghai from Jan. 2011 to Dec. 2016,to understand the epidemic trend and distribution of syphilis infection among blood donors. Results From 2011 to 2014,syphilis infection rate of unpaid blood donation from Yangpu District,Shanghai increased annually,and stayed high from 2014 to 2016. Among the unpaid blood donors of different ages,the highest positive rate was 30 years old,which was 1. 321%; the positive rate of 18-and 50-years old was low,which was 0. 349% and 0. 449%,respectively. According to occupations,the positive rates of farmers,workers and freelancers were relatively high,and the positive rate of students,soldiers and teachers were relatively low.Conclusion By analyzing the distribution of syphilis infection population,we need to strengthen the publicity of blood donation knowledge,recruit blood donors from low-risk groups,and do a good job in consultation before blood donation,so as to ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion more effectively.
