摘要
[目的]观察人本循证护理在泛发性脓疱型银屑病病人中的应用效果。[方法]选取人本循证护理实施前(2016年1月—2016年12月)和实施后(2017年1月—2017年12月)于我院治疗的泛发性脓疱型银屑病病人各30例作为研究对象,人本循证护理实施前病人设为对照组,实施后病人设为试验组。对照组接受泛发性脓疱型银屑病常规护理,试验组接受人本循证护理干预,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。[结果]试验组干预后疼痛评分、抑郁焦虑评分、药物不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]采用人本循证护理对泛发性脓疱型银屑病病人实施干预,可显著改善该类病人疼痛不适与负面情绪,降低药物不良反应发生率。
Objective:To observe the application effect of human-based evidence-based nursing in patients with generalized pustular psoriasis.Methods:A total of 60 cases of generalized pustular psoriasis treated in our hospital before(January to December 2016)and after the implementation of human-based evidence-based nursing(January to December 2017)were included in this study.The patients before the implementation of evidence-based nursing were set as the control group,and the patients after the implementation were set as the experimental group,30 cases in each.The control group received generalized pustular psoriasis routine care,and the experimental group received the human-based evidence-based nursing intervention.The observation indexes of the two groups after intervention were compared.Results:The pain score,depression and anxiety score,and adverse drug reaction rate of the experimental group were statistically significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The intervention of human-based evidence-based nursing for patients with generalized pustular psoriasis could significantly improve the pain and discomfort of this type of case and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
