摘要
调研昆明市某三级医院老年医学病科的现状,采用数据分析、实地观察和访谈法,发现该医院医养结合型养老服务,具有医疗设备、基础设施和人员配备较完善的优势,但存在着收费较高、养和护质量尚未重视和医疗保险制度尚未衔接等问题。三级医院医养结合型养老服务的开展顺应人口老龄化趋势,建议加强医院与基层机构医养合作,促进专业医养团队建设,并适时推进医疗保险制度的衔接配合和探索长期护理保险制度。
It used data analysis, field observation and interview to investigate the current situation of geriatric department of a tertiary hospitalin Kunming. It found that the hospital had the advantages of better medical equipment, infrastructure and staffing in the development ofcombination of medical care service for the aged, but there were still some problems such as higher fees, less attention to the quality ofmaintenance and nursing and no connection of medical insurance system. The development of the combination of medical care and nursingendowment service in tertiary hospitals conforms to the trend of population aging. It suggested to strengthen the cooperation between hospitalsand community institutions, promote the construction of professional medical care team, propel the connection and cooperation of medicalinsurance system and explore the long-term nursing insurance system.
