摘要
师源性心理伤害是教师对幼儿的心理性伤害,一旦幼儿出现心理问题,则往往是长期和难以消除的。因此,本文主要对幼儿园中的师源性心理伤害表现、不良后果及其避免或减少师源性伤害的干预对策进行了分析和研究。
Teacher-originated psychological harm is a kind of harm to young children from teachers. Such psy chological problems cannot be easily diminished once they appear. The paper analyzes and studies the expression, consequence and measures to reduce or avoid teacher-originated psychological harm in kindergartens.
