摘要
针对保德煤矿8#煤层多个工作面旋转回采技术问题,结合煤层地质条件,分析了综放面边界三角煤旋转开采参数和回采工艺,通过合理设计巷道布置参数,加强现场管理和操作关键点,三角空顶区实施锚杆、锚索及挂网支护,旋转中心附近支架上方挂金属网,顶板破碎区实施注浆加固等一系列技术措施,进一步提高了煤炭回采率,增加了经济效益。
Aiming at the technical matters of rotation mining in the working face of 8 # coal seam in Baode coal mine,combining with the coal seam geological conditions,the parameters and actual mining technology of triangle coal rotation mining in the boundary of fully-mechanized mining face is analyzed.Through a series of technological measures,such as rational roadway layout parameters design,enhancement in the field management and operation key points,realization of anchor bolt,anchor rope and mesh support for the triangle roof,hanging metal mesh over the support closed to center of rotation,and grouting reinforcement in the roof broken area,the coal recovery and economic benefit are further improved,giving full play to the high yield and high efficiency coal mine.
