摘要
非数控滚齿机(gear hobbing machine)是齿轮加工机床中应用最广泛的一种机床,在滚齿机上可直接用于切削。传统方法常采用钴高速钢滚刀按展成法,不能保证齿面光洁度。本文针对齿面粗糙度存在的问题,采用反旋向滚刀滚切理论,通过试验证明反旋向滚刀对齿面光洁度的提高作用,得出有效性结论。
The CNC gear hobbing machine, gear hobbing machine) is the most widely used in the gear processing machine a machine tool, can be directly used for cutting on gear hobbing machine. Traditional methods often used cobalt hob by generating method, cannot guarantee tooth surface finish. In this paper, aiming at the existing problem of the tooth surface roughness, adopting reverse spin to platinum roll cutting theory, through the test show that the spin to platinum hob on the improvement of tooth surface finish, effectiveness conclusions.
