摘要
为了探究药型罩结构对超聚能射流的影响,得到特性更好的超聚能射流,利用Autodyn-2D和高精度多物质求解器Euler-2D Multi-material对9组超聚能装药结构进行数值模拟计算。采用截顶式辅助药型罩结构,锥形罩材料为铝,辅助罩材料为铜,通过改变药型罩锥角和辅助药型罩厚度,来探索超聚能射流的速度、连续性以及能量变化。结果表明,在九组方案中,射流的速度与长度随着锥角的增加而增加,且随着辅助药型罩厚度的增加呈先增长后减小的趋势。当锥角为60°,辅助药型罩厚度为2 mm时,射流形态更细更长,射流形成的能量最大,且形成的射流头部速度最大,为15 213 m/s。
In order to study the effect of the structure of shaped charge liner on hypercumulative jets and achieve the jets with better characteristics,the structure of nine groups of hypercumulation was numerically simulated by using Autodyn-2 D and Euler-2 D Multi-material.An additional liner was used.The material of conical shaped charge liner was Cooper with that the material of additional liner was Aluminum.The speed and continuity of hyper cumulative jets can be investigated by changing the cone angle of the shaped charge liner and the thickness of the additional liner.The results showed that in nine groups of schemes,the velocity and length of the jet increase with the increase of the cone angle,and it increases first and then decreases with the increase of the thickness of the auxiliary coating.When the cone angle is 60°and the thickness of additional liner is 2 mm,the jet is finer and longer,the energy of jet formation is the largest,and the formation of the jet head speed is the largest,for the 15 213 m/s.
