摘要
本文旨在为中国企业对外直接投资的驱动力和进入模式研究提供一个具有启发意义的整合性理论框架。为此,本文梳理和回顾了三种用于解释企业对外直接投资活动的理论视角:内部化视角,企业的资源与能力视角,和制度与文化差异视角。我们对这几种理论视角进行了整合,创建一个初步的理论分析模型。
This paper attempts to integrate three broad theoretical perspectives of foreign direct investment,in- ternalization,resources and capability,and institutional and cultural distances.By integrating these perspec- tives,we developed a set of models that can be used to analyze the drivers and entry mode of foreign direct in- vestment by Chinese enterprises.
