摘要
陶吧依托"大众创新、万众创业"的政策,在学生中得以兴起,成了学生创业的重要途径,有助于学生自主创业团队的组建和发展。基于这种认识,该文从学习、经营陶吧的角度着手,从团队结构构建、团队制度文化建设等方面对学生自主创业团队组建对策进行了探讨,从而为关注相关话题的人们提供参考。
