协同育人视角下职校学前教育专业学生实践能力的培养——以Y校构建幼教集团为例 被引量:2

Cultivation of Practical Ability of Pre-school Students in Vocational Schools from the Perspective of Collaborative Education

摘要 面对"校-园-企"协同育人缺乏统一培养目标、缺少横向深度沟通、较少给予人文关怀等问题,PPP模式将是解决"校-园-企"深度协同育人的一个突破口。Y校利用PPP模式构建幼教集团试图找回高校实习话语权和主导权,为学前教育专业学生实践能力的一贯制培养创造条件,是教育改革的创举。 Facing the problems of 'school-kindergarten-enterprise' cooperative education, such as lack of unified training objectives, lack of horizontal in-depth communication and less humanistic care, the PPP mode may will be a breakthrough to solve.Y school uses PPP model to construct preschool education company to try to regain the discourse and dominance of internship, and create conditions for the consistent cultivation of pre-school students’ practical ability, which is a pioneering innovation of educational reform.
