摘要
食品科学与工程专业构建创新创业人才培养模式,要克服传统模式中教育资源和教学管理体系等不足,从创新创业意识、课程体系以及教学资源建设入手,面向市场的食品及相关行业的人才需求,形成以市场为导向、问题为指引,课程为重点的食品科学与工程专业人才培养方案改革,基于改革后的方案内容逐步完善各项工作,切实将专业人才培养模式转向创新创业,切实优化学生创新意识以及创业实践能力,从而提高专业学生的就业竞争力和社会适应能力。
The establishment of innovative and entrepreneurial talents training mode in food science and engineering should overcome the shortcomings of traditional educational resources and teaching management system,starting from the innovation and entrepreneurial awareness,curriculum system and teaching resources construction,and the market demand for talents in food and related industries.Market-oriented,problem-oriented,curriculum-oriented reform of food science and engineering professionals training program,based on the reformed program content,gradually improve various tasks,effectively shift the professional talent training model to innovation and entrepreneurship,and effectively optimize students'sense of innovation and the ability to practice entrepreneurship,thereby improving the employment competitiveness and social adaptability of professional students.
