摘要
高职院校是培养创新型人才的摇篮,更是输送高素质、高水平、高质量人才的重要基地。大学生自主创新能力的水平需要和企业的发展相吻合,培养适应社会和企业发展需要的创新型人才是高职院校亟待解决的问题之一。技能竞赛适应时代发展要求,高职院校同企业紧密合作,结合大学生专业的特殊性,与市场发展深入契合,有针对地开展相关的技能竞赛,以激发大学生的创新能力为导向,从而提高大学生的综合素质,培养创新型人才,使大学生成为社会和企业发展需要的人才有着重要意义。
Higher vocational colleges are the cradle of cultivating innovative talents,and also an important base for delivering high-quality,high-level and high-quality talents.The level of College Students’independent innovation ability needs to be in line with the development of enterprises.It is one of the urgent problems to be solved in vocational colleges to cultivate innovative talents that meet the needs of society and enterprise development.The skill competition adapts to the requirements of the development of the times.Higher vocational colleges work closely with enterprises,combine the specialty of college students’professionalism,and cooperate with the market development to carry out relevant skill competitions in a targeted manner to stimulate the innovation ability of college students,thus improving college students.The comprehensive quality,training innovative talents,making college students become the talents needed for social and enterprise development is of great significance.
