摘要
愈演愈烈的食品安全事件,检测仪器和标准在其中起着决定性的作用。本文重点论述了农药残留检测、有毒有害元素分析和农产品品质分析3个方面需要用到的检测仪器的应用及发展现状,介绍了生物检测技术的最新进展,特别是对国产科学仪器发展存在的问题进行了评析,建议完善相关检测标准,以应对各种可能出现的突发情况。
Increasingly fierce food security incident, in which the testing instrument and standard play a decisive role. The paper mainly expounds the application and development situation of testing instrument which the pesticide residue, poisonous and harmful element analysis and agricultural products quality analysis need to use. This paper introduces the latest development of biological detection technology, especially the development of domestic scientific instruments, and proposes to improve the relevant inspection standards, in order to deal with all kinds of possible urgent cases.
