摘要
以蒸馏水为工质 ,对压力范围 2 .0~ 3.5MPa ,质量流量 5~ 18kg/h ,热流密度 0~ 2 10kW /m2 ,间隙为1~ 2mm的环状狭缝通道中的流动沸腾进行了实验研究 .分析了影响流动总压降的诸因素 ,如进口压力、进口水温和质量流量等 .模拟出了计算摩擦压降的经验关系式 ,试验数据与计算结果误差约± 15 % 。
An experimental investigation is made on the flow boiling in narrow annular channels with distilled water as the received basis, and with a pressure range of 2.0~3.5?MPa, a mass flux of 5~18?kg/h, a specific rate of heat flow of 0~210?kW/m 2 and a gap of 1~2?mm. The factors that influence the total flow pressure drop such as the inlet pressure, inlet temperature and mass flux are analyzed. The empirical relationship for calculating the frictional pressure drop is sim ulated. The data obtained from this relationship are compared with experimental data with an error within ±15?%. This relationship can be used to predict the frictional pressure drop within the range of the said experiment.
