摘要
本文介绍了渤海锦绣城地下车库38~39#楼标段超长结构混凝土防水外墙的收缩裂缝控制技术措施。根据该标段取得的施工经验,认为冷缩应力是外墙早期产生微裂缝的主要原因,同时在混凝土养护期间内,地下车库悬挑顶板上部放置重物和下部钢管支撑拆除过早是产生裂缝的另一原因。根据该标段取得的裂缝控制经验,改进了裂缝控制措施,后续施工的3000多m防水外墙,再未发现裂缝,取得了非常好的应用效果。
This paper introduces shrinkage cracks control measurements of outside waterproof walls in 38~39 section super-long underground garage of Bohai Splendid city. Cold shrinkage stress is the main reason of early micro-cracks of outside-walls based on construction experience. Meanwhile, storing heavy objects and decentering supporting steel tube prematurely during curingare the another causes of cracks of overhang roof. Good effect was obtained by improvements of cracks control measurements, and the latter 3000 m outside waterproof walls have no cracks.
