摘要
介绍了利用手性chiralcelOD和chiralpakAD柱在高效液相色谱上对一系列二氢吡喃酮衍生物进行手性拆分 ,获得了良好的分离结果。考察了部分对映体在这两种柱上的色谱行为。实验表明手性化合物与手性柱之间存在着化学作用与空间作用 ,两者的共同作用决定了分离结果。
The enantiomers of a series of diphdropyrone derivatives were resolved with high performance liquid chromatography by using chiralcel OD column and chiralpak AD column and hexane/2-propanol mixtures with different concentrations as eluent. Eighteen racemates were achieved to baseline or near baseline separation. The chromatographic parameters of some racemates on chiralcel OD and chiralpak AD columns were examined. The results showed that the separation effect was affected by the structure of compounds and chiral stationary, phase It was found that the chiral recognition process was the sum of all the possible chiral interaction(the dipole-dipole, hydrogen bond-hydrogen bond and pi-pi interaction) between the chiral stationary phase and dihydropyrone derivatives. This method has been applied to identify the optical purity of dihydropyrone derivatives.
