摘要
目的针对ICU中导管意外拔除的现状 ,组织ICU护理人员进行预防导管意外拔除相关知识的培训 ,以有效降低ICU意外拔管发生率。方法培训分理论与实践两部分 ,理论部分是针对意外拔管知识对ICU护士集中进行授课 ,实践部分是分析临床具体个案 ,理论与实践两项均掌握为合格。结果ICU护理人员对意外拔管危险性从认知上进一步提高 ,并将有关知识在临床实践中加以运用 ,有效降低了ICU意外拔管发生率。结论在ICU质量控制中 ,应高度重视意外拔管问题 ,并将它列入ICU安全护理考核条例 。
Objective To reduce the occurrence rate of unexpected pulling out of tuber by nurses training on it's prevention. Method Theoretical and practical training were conducted on prevention of unexpected pulling out of tuber for nurses in ICU, and the achievement was evaluated. Result The sense of prevention of unexpected pulling-out of tuber were improved and practiced among nurses in ICU after training, the occurrence rate of unexpected pulling-out of tuber was reduced. Conclusion Pay great attention to the prevention on unexpected pulling out tuber are important issue in quality control in ICU, It should be included in rule of the examination for nursing safety in ICU.
