摘要
对101例放射治疗前各临床分期鼻咽癌病人全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(gIutathione pero-xidase,简称GSH-Px)活性进行了检测,结果表明,鼻咽癌Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期病人血中GSH-Px活性均明显低于健康人(P<0.01);鼻咽癌病人及健康人血中GSH-PX活性都无性别上的差异(P>0.05);各组鼻咽癌病人中,VCA/IgA抗体滴度较低的鼻咽癌病人其血中GSH-Px活性水平较高,而VCA/IgA抗体滴度较高的鼻咽癌病人其血中GSH-PX活性水平则较低。
The glutathione peroxidase activities (GSH-Px) were analysed in whole blood from 46 healthy people (22 males, 24 females) and from 101 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) (80 males, 21 females) before radiotherapy.
The result showed that the GSH-Px activities in patients with NPC were significantly lower than those of the healthy people. Furthermore, this enzyme activities in NPC patients of stage Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly lower than those in the normal control respectively. No difference were observed in enzyme activities of whole blood in NPC patients between the males and females. The difference of the enzyme activities in whole blood of healthy people between the males and females were not significant either. Study on the relationship between the glutathione peroxidase activities and the VCA/IgA antibody titers showed that the GSH-Px activities in NPC patients with a high antibody titers were lower than that one with low antibody titers. Our result suggested that the decreasing GSH-Px activities were found in advance NPC patient.
