摘要
用筛选微生物来源的免疫抑制活性化合物的酵母筛选系统 ,筛选出的吸水链霉菌 (Streptomyceshygroscopcus)sp.SIPI 0 2 9的发酵液具有免疫抑制活性 ,应用乙酸乙酯提取、硅胶柱层析和结晶等方法 ,从其上清液中分离出活性化合物SIPI 0 2 9 1 ;通过理化性质、质谱、紫外、红外和核磁共振等图谱数据的分析 ,确定SIPI 0 2 9 1化合物为安莎类抗生素 ,与文献报道的HerbimycinA结构一致。生物学活性研究 。
To screen and isolate immunosuppressants from microorganisms, a yeast system model in vitro has been set up and a strain of Streptomyces hygroscopicus SIPI 029 was isolated and studied. Using ethyl acetate extraction, silica gel column chromatography and crystallization etc., compound SIPI 029 1 has been isolated from its broth. By the analyses of its physico chemical properties, MS, UV, IR and NMR spectra data , the structure of SIPI 029 1 has been identified and was identical with that of herbimycin A. On the other hand, SIPI 029 1 showed moderate immunosuppressant activity in MLR model.
