摘要
针对晶闸管控制的感应电机在轻载软起动过程中常会出现振荡现象,建立了晶闸管控制的感应电机的模型,通过仿真研究了电机起动过程中的振荡现象。提出了一种实用的晶闸管触发方法,这种方法以电流的过零时刻作为触发基准,保证起动过程中电流的关断角稳定。仿真和工程实践表明,这种方法能抑制电机起动过程中的振荡,从而改善电机软起动器的性能。
Oscillation often occurs in the soft starting of light loaded induction motor controlled by thyristors. The mathematical model of the induction motor controlled by thyristors is presented and the reason of the oscillation is analysed. A new thyristor trigger method is proposed. This method takes the current crossing point as the trigger base and keeps the current hold off angle stationary. Simulation and experiment results show that the method provides good performance.
