摘要
目前,我国健美操处于世界中下等水平。根据2001年国际体联健美操最新竞赛规则,在探讨竞技健美操发展趋势。分析我国健美操现状的同时,提出我国健美操发展应采取的对策及建议。
At present,our country's athletic aerobics is in the position of middle or lower level in the world. According to the latest regulations about aerobics made by the International Physical Education Association, this article reveals the developing tendency of athletic aerobics in the twenty-first century and analyzes the present situation of our country's athletic aerobics,meanwhile, it also put forward some countermeasures and suggestions that we should take to improve our country's athletic aerobics' level.
