摘要
介绍了某大型源水生物接触氧化工艺治理微污染源水的工程。该工程处理规模400万m^3/d,设计水力停留时间55.4min、气水比1.0。工程于冬季启动,启动期约1个月。在随后2a连续稳定的运行中,氨氮的总去除率分别为81.7%和84.3%,生物处理池的单位填料的氨氮年均去除负荷为0.069~0.089kg/(m^3·d)。最后指出了此类大型工程设计及运行中应重点考虑的一些问题。
A large-scale pre-treatment project, with a capacity of 400×100m3/d was used to control the trace-polluted source-water by biological contact process has been designed. Its hydraulic retention time was 55.4min, air/water ratio 1.0, the start-up time was about 1 month in winter season. During the following two years operation, the total removal efficiency of ammonia-N was about 81.7% and 84.3% per year, with a high ammonia-N removal load of 0.069-0.089kg/m3d for the unit packing in the biological contact tank. Some important problems were also discussed for the large-scale project.
