摘要
目的:研究复方党参对海拔3700m移居青年血流动力学的影响。方法:随机选择移居海拔3700m1年的青年官兵26名,服用复方党参片1个月,1次5片(0.5g/片),早晚各1次。在服药前和服药1月后用XG-Ⅲ型血液循环功能自动测试仪检测血流动力学。结果:服药后较服药前P、TPR、η、ALT、BK、PAWP和CCP降低,BV、SV、mAP升高,经t检验比较差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论:复方党参对海拔3700m移居青年血流动力学有一定的改善作用。
<Abstrcat>Objective:To study the effect of compound dangshen on hemodynamics in immigrants at high altitude.Methods:The hemodynamic indexes of 26 youths who have stayed at 3 700 m altitude for 1 year were determined by XG-3 circulation system function automatic monitor before and after taking compound dangshen for 1 month (oral 5 tablets per dose,2 times daily,0.5g in each tablet).Results:After taking medicine for 1 month,their P,TPR,η,ALT,BK,PAWP and CCP decreased ,but their BV,SV and mAP increased (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound dangshen can improve the immigrants' hemodynamic indexes at high altitude.
