Studies on the Photoreduction of Quinones in Supramolecular System of Cyclodextrin

摘要 本文报道了 9,1 0 -蒽醌 - 2 -磺酸 ( AQS)在β -环糊精 (β - CD)和甲基化β - CD超分子体系中的光还原反应。即使在无氢原子给予体 ( HAD)和不除氧的实验条件下 ,CD的加入都能导致光还原反应速度剧增。机理研究表明此现象主要由 CD的微环境引起 ,依赖于第二客体甲醇的浓度。甲醇既可与 AQS- CD形成三元包络物 ,又能导致 In supramolecular systems of β cyclodextrin( β CD) and methylated β cyclodextrin, the photoreduction reactivity of 9,10 anthraquinone 2 sulfonate(AQS) was sharply enhanced even in the absence of a 'hydrogen atom donor'(HAD) and without deoxygenation. The photoreduction mechanism has been studied. It was found that the leading factor that determines the photoreduction rate in the present system is the microenvironmental effect of the CD cavity, depending on the concentration of methanol. It can not only form three component inclusion complex with CD and AQS, but also exclude AQS from CD AQS inclusion complex.
