摘要
在实验测得的换热系数基础上,利用有限元方法,对淬火工件的温度场进行计算机模拟。由计算机模拟结果可以看出,对淬火工件的计算机模拟可以真实,直观地表达出实际淬火过程中,工件内部的温度、冷却速度变化等情况。模拟结果和测量结果是比较接近的,能够反应真实的淬火过程温度场的变化。
This research use FEM (finite element methods) to simulate the temperature field in quenching process. The results can give a intuition expression on the changing of inner temperature and cooling rate of the workpiece during practical quenching process, as we can see from the results. The simulated results can concord with the results of experiments, and can coordinate with the changing of temperature on real quenching process.
