摘要 现代研究证明大麦中含有β-葡聚糖、生育三烯酚等生理活性成分,具有多种生理功能本文主要对β-葡聚糖、生育三烯酚的研究进展进行了综述,具体介绍了结构。 There are many kinds of bioactive components in barley, such as β - glucan and tocotrienol. Recent research advance of β-glucan and tocotrienol are reviewed In this paper, including the structure, basic properties, and physiological functions.
