“虚拟中国人”建模动脉灌注液浓度的选择 被引量:17

摘要 目的 :为“虚拟中国人”建模的动脉灌注液选择适宜浓度。方法 :以明胶、朱砂、淀粉为灌注液 ,分别配制为低浓度组 (按 2 0 %、10 %、10 %比例配制 )、中浓度组 (比例为 3 0 %、10 %、10 % )和高浓度组 (比例为 3 0 %、10 %、2 0 % ) ,通过对大白兔的动脉灌注 ,观察动脉显示的效果。结果 :低浓度组的动脉显示过密 ,腹腔脏器红染 ,影响清晰度 ;中浓度组动脉显示良好 ;高浓度组灌注不顺畅 ,动脉显示不全。结论 :按 3 0 %明胶、10 %朱砂和 10 %淀粉的比例 ,是“虚拟中国人”动脉灌注建模的适宜浓度。 Objective: To find out the appropriate concentrations of gelatin, vermilion and starch for artery perfusion in Virtual Chinese Human. Methods: Six rabbits were randomly divided into three groups. The perfusate containing 20% gelatin, 10% vermilion and 10% starch was injected into the arteries of the rabbits in the first group. The perfusate containing 30% gelatin, 10% vermilion, and 10% starch was injected into the arteries of the rabbits in the second group. Animals in the third group were injected with the perfusate of 30% gelatin, 10% vermilion, and 20% starch. One rabbit in each of the groups was observed after direct thoracotomy at 4 hours after perfusion, while the other of each group was sawed open for observation after two days' freezing in refrigerator at -20℃. Results: The experiment indicated that the concentrations of the perfusate used in the first group resulted in excessive redness of visceral organs in peritoneal cavity, the concentrations of perfusate used in the third group led to uneven distribution in peritoneal organs, and the concentrations used in the second group showed the blood vessels perfectly. Conclusion: 30% gelatin, 10% vermilion, and 10% starch prove to be the appropriate concentrations of the perfusate for artery perfusion in Virtual Chinese Human.
