摘要
目的 通过对矿物中药硇砂成份分析和有效提取 ,制备出A、N和Z剂进行动物肝癌治疗研究。方法 体外以人 772 1肝癌细胞系进行不同药物成份及浓度杀癌细胞效果评价 ;体内用裸小鼠 772 1肝癌模型肿瘤内注射治疗效果观察。结果 体外与抗癌药物表阿霉素、无水乙醇及冰醋酸等比较 ,所筛选有效成分均优于或相当于对照 ,且与药物浓度相关。体内实验可使肿瘤体积显著缩小 ,直至瘤块坏死吸收消失。结论 抗肿瘤药硇砂有效成分提取剂在肝癌动物模型治疗上 ,效果优于无水乙醇 ,是肝癌局部治疗一种可供选择方法。
Objective By means of component analysis and valid extraction of Chinese traditional anti\|tumor mineral drug Sal\|Ammoniae, we prepared A?N and Z agents to offer a remedy to liver cancer by intra\|tumor injection . Methods In vitro we adopted L7721 liver cancer cells strains to conduct the cancer cell killing effect evaluation; In vivo naked rice loaded with L7721 cancer strain were used to appraise the anticancer effect by means of intra\|tumor injection.Results In vitro experiment showed our agents have the same or even better anticancer effect comparing with pharmorubicin or absolute alcohol ,also having significant dosage\|effect correlative relationships; In vivo all agents notably decreased the volume of the tumor, even led to completely necrosis and vanish of the mass. Conclusion To be an anti\|tumor drug sal\|Ammoniae active constituent extraction liquid have obviously cure effect on liver cancer of the model animals, even superior to absolute alcohol that were widely used in clinical practice.
