一株同时产OXA-23型碳青霉烯水解酶和PER-1型超广谱β-内酰胺酶的鲍曼不动杆菌 被引量:29

摘要 目的 分析多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌对 β 内酰胺耐药的原因及其耐药基因的转移方式。 方法 用等电聚焦电泳试验和三维试验分析多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌临床菌株所产 β 内酰胺酶 ,并进行初步分类 ,用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)扩增和产物测序方法确认 β 内酰胺酶基因 ,用PCR扩增整合子全可变区和质粒接合实验来判定其耐药基因的转移方式。结果 该临床菌株产超广谱 β 内酰胺酶 ,经分子生物学方法证实有blaPER 1基因 ,同时还有blaOXA 2 3 基因和aacA4基因。结论 发现一株产OXA 2 3型碳青霉烯酶和可转移的PER 1型超广谱 β 内酰胺酶的鲍曼不动杆菌 ,blaPER Objective To analyze the cause of Acinetobacter baumannii resisting to β-Lactam and the ability of the resistant gene transferring to other bacteria. Methods Isoelectric focusing electrophoresis and three-dimensional test were used to analyze and classify the β-Lactamases. Proper primers were used to do PCR and the variable region of integron was amplified and TA-clone to vector pUC-mT, TA-cloning and PCR products were sequenced subsequently. Results Acinetobacter baumannii clinical isolate No.148 harbor a bla OXA-23 gene and a class A β-lactamases gene bla VEB-1 and accA4 cassette. Conclusion An Acinetobacter baumannii which produces OXA-23 carbarpenase and PER-1 type ESBLs was detected.
