摘要
目的 探讨痰涂片抗酸染色检查的质量控制办法。方法 制订标本质量标准 ,严格要求标本质量 ;加强涂片质量检查 ,实行工作质量奖惩 ;规范镜检复查制度 ,确保报告结果准确 ;公布质控结果 ,形成竞赛氛围 ;强化操作规程学习 ,提高检验质量意识。结果 质控结果显示该质量控制方法可行且效果显著。结论 要提高痰检质量 ,质控措施必不可少 。
Objective To probe the quality control in acid fast stain test of sputum smear. Methods First, quality standards of sputum specimen were worked out to ensure specimen quality. Second, to enhance the quality inspection in sputum smear and put encouragement and punishment into practice. Third, re check regulations to sputum smears after microscopic in spection were formed to ensure the quality of lab report. Fourth, results of quality control were come out with tabulation to lead to competitive environment. Finally, study on operation rules was reinforced in order to improve quality concepts among laboratory staffs. Results The quality control results form 1995～2000 showed that these measures were feasible and effective remarkably. Conclusion It is essential that quality control measures be performed in acid fast stain test of sputum smear to improve detective result. Furthermore, these measures must be improved and perfected constantly because the search is far from consummate.
