摘要
目的为了明确CT检查对中耳乳突炎的诊断价值。方法对50例中耳乳突炎患者术前行CT检查和常规乳突平片检查。结果 CT扫描可较早期发现病变,了解病灶范围及解剖特性。结论 CT检查对术式选择,手术进路和病灶清除及保证手术的安全性,提高成功率有较高价值。通过与横断位比较,推荐冠状位CT检查为中耳乳突炎病例首选检查。
PURPOSE To determine the value of GT scanning in the diagnosis of chronic suppurative otitis media.METHODS CT scanning and conventional X-ray were both performed preopratively in 50 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media.RESULTS CT scanning is more valuable than conventional X-ray in assessing the extent of the disorder, finding complications of diseases in temporal bone earlier, and determining the anatomic character of temporal bone.CONCLUSIONS CT scanning helps to choose the correct operation, the operational approach and the removal of the focus of disorder and ensure the safety of the operation. It also increase the success rate. We recommed that the coronal sectional CT scanning be the first choice, compared with the transverse sectional CT scanning in the examination for chronic suppurative otitis media.
