西北干旱半干旱地区属典型旱农区域 ,发展苜蓿草业 ,走农牧结合的道路 ,是繁荣区域经济和改善生态环境的必由之路。
Developing alfalfa industry and farming-livestock integrated system is a imperative road to thrive region economy and improve ecological environment in northwestern arid and semiarid area. This paper discussed the feasibility and wide market prospect for developing alfalfa industry based on analyzing the resources advantage of northwestern arid and semiarid area.
