摘要
目的:观察全瓷贴面用于变色前牙修复的临床效果。方法:选择38例患者,共制作全瓷贴面152颗,随诊30个月,通过临床检查和患者主观评价,观察临床效果。结果:临床检查修复效果显著,患者主观感觉光滑舒适,无牙龈炎症,无牙髓反应。结论:全瓷贴面修复效果好,是较为理想的变色前牙美容修复体。
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of the prosthesis of porcelain tablets for the color-changedincisors'surface. Methods: There were 38 patients in the study and 152 porcelain tablets for incisor's surface were observedfor 30 months, though clinical examination and patients' subjective appraisal to observe the clinical effects. Results: Theclinical effects of prosthesis were satisfactory and all patients felt comfortably, they had no abserve effect on tooth pulp.Conclusion: The porcelain tablets for incisors' surface had satisfactory prosthesis effects, which is the best methods forbeautify the color-changed incisors.
