摘要
任何机械零件都是由几何尺寸和形状构成 ,传统的机械设计方法仅考虑了零件的几何尺寸 ,而对其形状 ,特别是局部形状的设计却考虑不够 ,这些部位往往都会产生应力集中。本文就是将基于有限元分析技术的形状优化方法应用于传统的机械设计过程。使得设计出来的零件既满足常规设计的要求 ,又得到了优化的形状 。
Any mechanical parts can be divided into structural sizes and boundary shape.In conventional methods of mechanical design,only can geometry sizes of parts be designed by engineering designer,but its shape,especially its local shape,in which the stress concentration can often be found,don't give rise to enough attention.In this paper,the method of shape optimization based on FEM analysis technology can be applied into the process of conventional design.The parts designed by this process can not only meet the demand of routine design,but have a optimized boundary shape,and structural characteristic and stress distributing will be improved.
