摘要
本文报道了6328AHe-Ne激光对黑曲霉作用的对照实验研究。实验结果表明,照射剂量为2×10^(-3)~2×10^(-2)J/cm^2时,He-Ne激光对黑曲霉孢子有提高存活率的趋势;照射剂量为3.5×10^(-2)~8×10^(-2)J/cm^2时,He-Ne激光对黑曲霉孢子有抑制作用。
In this paper, the compared experimental study that 6328A He-Ne laser act on Aspergillus niger was reported. The experimental results showed the tendency of promoting survival rate of Aspergillus niger spores when the irradiation dosage ranges from 2×10-3J/cm2 to 2×10-2J/cm2, The in hibiting reproduction action of He-Ne laser on Aspergillus niger spores also appeared when the irradiation dosage ranges from 3. 5×10-2J/cm2 to 8×10-2J/cm2.
