Effects of Irradiation with ~ 60 Co-r Ray on the Effective Component of Some Plant Extracts

摘要 以贯叶连翘、银杏、枳实、红车轴草、当归、灵芝、茶提取物为研究对象 ,采用 6 0 Co- r辐照新技术 ,研究了10 k Gy辐照剂量对它们有效成份的影响。结果表明 :辐照对贯叶连翘、银杏、枳实、红车轴草、当归、灵芝几种提取物的有效成份无明显影响 ;辐照后绿茶提取物中儿茶素含量较对照下降 5 .2 9% ,普洱茶提取物中茶多酚含量较对照增加 9.4 5 %。 Extracts of St Johns wort, Ginkgo biloba L., Citrus aurantinum, Frifolium pratense, Anglica sinensis, Ganoderma lucidum and Tea have been irradiated by 60 Co r say. The effects of irradiation on effective component of them were studied in this paper. The results show that effective component of St John's wort, Ginkgo biloba L., Citrus aurantinum, Frifolium pratense, Anglica sinensis and Ganoderma lucidum were not changed significantly, content of catechin in the Green tea extract was lowered by 5.29%, but polypheaol in Puer tea was increased by 9.45% than control after irradigtion.
