摘要 列车空气动力学是列车提速和发展高速的一门关键基础科学 ,流线型列车外形和结构设计及梁件加工在我国是一项新的工程应用技术。本项研究以改善列车空气动力性能为起点 ,最终落实到我国提速和高速列车产品研制 ,创建一套从列车空气动力性能分析到气动外形、结构设计及头部骨架梁件数控加工具有自主知识产权的产品研制方法。其研究成果已用于解决列车高速运行时出现的一系列空气动力学问题 ,并解决了流线型列车设计、制造等难题 ,目前 ,我国所有的流线型列车车体均用这套方法设计、制造 ,取得了显著的社会、经济效益 ,具有广阔的应用前景。同时 ,实现了流体力学、固体力学、车辆工程和机械设计制造等多学科交叉 。 Train aerodynamics is a key and basic scie nc e relating to the raising-speed of train and development of high-speed technol ogy. In China, it is a new engineering application technology to design the stre amline configuration and structure. The starting point of this project is to imp rove the train aerodynamic performance; the final goal is to carry out the produ ction of the speed-increase and high-speed trains. The complete manufacturing methods with independent intellectual property rights have been developed for th e analysis of the following subjects -train aerodynamic performance, aerodynam ic configuration, engineering design and numerical controlled manufacturing of framework beam components in the train head. The research results have been appl ied to the study and solution of a series of aerodynamic problems, which occur w hen train is running at high speed, and to the solution of the problems such as the designing and the manufacturing of bullet train. At present, all the bullet train have been designed and manufactured by using this method. Obvious social a nd economic benefits have been achieved. Therefore, there is a prospect of wide application. At the same time, the integration of multi-sciences has been reali zed in the following subjects-hydrodynamics,solid mechanics,vehicle engineer ing and the mechanical design-manufacture. It has promoted the development of t hese subjects.
